Why reviews matter

I'm brand new and local, so word of mouth is everything. A couple of honest sentences helps your neighbours decide if I'm worth having round.

Every genuine review goes up

Good or bad. I only remove spam, abuse, or reviews that aren't from a real customer. I never pay for reviews or write my own.

Some of my customers aren't online, so I write down what they tell me, read it back, and only post it with their OK. Those are marked Given in person.
